CruisesOnly - Promises never materialize

Have been a customer of Cruises Only for years and this latest experience has me annoyed and disappointed. When booking our cruise there was a glitch in system and it took two days to resolve and billed twice and took 5 days to receive refund. Because of the amount of time it took us Cruises only promised in the beginning to credit $90 to shore excursions. Didn't happen. Denied they promised $90 shore excursion credit. Then because of runaround promised $100 on board credit. Never happened. After five phone calls was told an e-mail was sent to original booking agent who would call back. To date has never happened. Wont use Cruises only again as promises are just that promises broken.

Booking through the cruise line is always more money. Cruise agencies can give you better perks that you can combine with R.C.

Crown and Anchor perks too. We did a cruise on the new Harmony with friends and got no perks at all from R.C.
