After posting this review and placing a complaint with the BBB, Cruises Only was quick to contact me. I have finally received all of my money back from Cruises Only, Travel Protection was refunded and the processing fee.

Please be cautious when using a third party to book travels.

I could only call Cruises Only to discuss my account with Carnival. Although the refund process was a huge headache, Cruises Only did everything to make my situation less stressful.

Due to the Corona Virus my cruise was cancelled like many others. No fault of my own. I did purchase the Travel Protection Plan, but I was told they would not refund this money or their processing fee. I can understand if I cancelled the cruise, but Carnival Cruise Lines cancelled - not me. I attempted to phone Cruises Only many times, some waiting up to 2 hours on hold. I still have not received a refund and was told this travel agency was purposely holding money from consumers. Do not use this company. I spoke with a Carnival Representative who said ALL of my money would have been refunded. I feel like they do not care about their customers. I am losing $272.99 because of a pandemic. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid booking with this company.

I have had 2 cruises cancelled due the virus. I have been waiting for a response from RCCL. I reached out to Cruises Only got some assistance and it then when I made contact with KENDRA @ x37173. She listened to my story and called RCCL. She was on the phone with for almost 2 hours in which I was given idea what was happening. We ironed out some mistakes made by RCCL and I have received some of my funds (only about half). I will be reaching out again to Kendra for another follow up with RCCL. I just wanted to let someone in her department to know how professional and supportive she is. Thank you Susan Ratti srrn95@yahoo.com

Make sure you are able to read the fine print. So CruisesOnly sent me an email said if I pay my cruise in full by May 15th 2020 I will receive 200.00 on board credit so I paid it on may 10th 2020 I call my agent she said you needed to call them before you pay in full. So I get nothing from cruisesonly but a head ache. Will never use them. Again

Booked Cruise in Feb was told have 30 days to cancel !! Cancel on March 14th- For Cruise dated April 20th -due to coronavirus , Norwegian canceled the cruise anyway. Called cruises only 3/14/20 was told refund would be issued from Norwegian with in 30 days , Called Norwegian April 9th uses said they don't see refund check , called Cruises only right after spoke with Norwegian was told refunds now taking 60 days that why Norwegian didn't see it LIES LIES LIES , Called today 4/30/20 to be told NO REFUND ONLY CREDIT !!!! DONT USE THE COMPANY OR NORWEGIAN they are awful !! IF any one else has had this happen lets start a class action suit against both of these companies !!!!

I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company agreed to a full refund without argument.

I booked a cruise with CruisesOnly and it was cancelled by the cruise line because of the Coronavirus. The cruise ship gave me back a full refund for the cruise, but CruisesOnly would not refund our travel insurance or their booking fee. I would understand not getting these things back if I cancelled, but not if the cruise was cancelled. I was told by Celebrity if I booked through them it would have ALL been refunded. The CruisesOnly representative told me that the they would be out money if they refunded everyone's cruise insurance. I guess they would rather I be out the money than them! Listen to the reviews and avoid this company!!

Like thousands of other my trip was canceled due to Corona virus. I was told it would cost $100 per room to cancel when royal Caribbean was giving full refunds. This is pure greed. Please do not use this company

I purchased travel protection several days ago. Today I logged onto my reservation and it shows travel protection declined. Please UPDATE . It shows Carnival took out of my bank account for 200.00! I called to let them know that Royal Caribbean told me I had to canceled through C,O because they are the agents who booked they tell me that I have to pay $100.00 fee which I could not believe because it Royal is not charging any fee because of the cruise with confidence C.O is not justify that they do this.my immune system is compromise beside being a breast cancer patient,diabetic, asmatic, and being 71 years I think this is very rude of them been with them for a couple of years and this is the way they treat their customer, I will not refer not do any more trips with them.is this customer satisfaction, they are a disgrace.

CruisesOnly - Promises never materialize

Have been a customer of Cruises Only for years and this latest experience has me annoyed and disappointed. When booking our cruise there was a glitch in system and it took two days to resolve and billed twice and took 5 days to receive refund. Because of the amount of time it took us Cruises only promised in the beginning to credit $90 to shore excursions. Didn't happen. Denied they promised $90 shore excursion credit. Then because of runaround promised $100 on board credit. Never happened. After five phone calls was told an e-mail was sent to original booking agent who would call back. To date has never happened. Wont use Cruises only again as promises are just that promises broken.

I initially book with cruise-only under the agreement that they will pay the first 500 deposit I paid the deposit back by September 16th however when I went to transfer my reservation to Royal Caribbean they tell me I still owe them 250 because of an agent error who sent the last 250 I paid to Royal Caribbean so I would have to owe them another 250 in order to get it transferred. And then they were going to take another 250 out of my account the very next day although it was not my fault I paid them. They had nothing to say but I understand. I ended up canceling my reservations and taking a $100 loss because it's there mistake. I do not recommend anyone deal with them I think they're running a scam. To make sure you stay with them

Anita Green was my booking agent . She sold us a beverage liquor package for $262.00 pp when it was all inclusive. She said our water bottles were free..not true we were taxed on them . She said that our final payment included everything...tips, insurance etc. however, at the end of the we were charged an $82.50 pp for “service charges” Anita said they would refund these charges but have not! She will not return calls or emails! Poor customer service! Anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit against Cruise Only, please contact me at: 352-300-9110!!!!
