After posting this review and placing a complaint with the BBB, Cruises Only was quick to contact me. I have finally received all of my money back from Cruises Only, Travel Protection was refunded and the processing fee.

Please be cautious when using a third party to book travels.

I could only call Cruises Only to discuss my account with Carnival. Although the refund process was a huge headache, Cruises Only did everything to make my situation less stressful.

Due to the Corona Virus my cruise was cancelled like many others. No fault of my own. I did purchase the Travel Protection Plan, but I was told they would not refund this money or their processing fee. I can understand if I cancelled the cruise, but Carnival Cruise Lines cancelled - not me. I attempted to phone Cruises Only many times, some waiting up to 2 hours on hold. I still have not received a refund and was told this travel agency was purposely holding money from consumers. Do not use this company. I spoke with a Carnival Representative who said ALL of my money would have been refunded. I feel like they do not care about their customers. I am losing $272.99 because of a pandemic. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid booking with this company.

Make sure you are able to read the fine print. So CruisesOnly sent me an email said if I pay my cruise in full by May 15th 2020 I will receive 200.00 on board credit so I paid it on may 10th 2020 I call my agent she said you needed to call them before you pay in full. So I get nothing from cruisesonly but a head ache. Will never use them. Again

Booked Cruise in Feb was told have 30 days to cancel !! Cancel on March 14th- For Cruise dated April 20th -due to coronavirus , Norwegian canceled the cruise anyway. Called cruises only 3/14/20 was told refund would be issued from Norwegian with in 30 days , Called Norwegian April 9th uses said they don't see refund check , called Cruises only right after spoke with Norwegian was told refunds now taking 60 days that why Norwegian didn't see it LIES LIES LIES , Called today 4/30/20 to be told NO REFUND ONLY CREDIT !!!! DONT USE THE COMPANY OR NORWEGIAN they are awful !! IF any one else has had this happen lets start a class action suit against both of these companies !!!!

Like thousands of other my trip was canceled due to Corona virus. I was told it would cost $100 per room to cancel when royal Caribbean was giving full refunds. This is pure greed. Please do not use this company

I called to let them know that Royal Caribbean told me I had to canceled through C,O because they are the agents who booked they tell me that I have to pay $100.00 fee which I could not believe because it Royal is not charging any fee because of the cruise with confidence C.O is not justify that they do this.my immune system is compromise beside being a breast cancer patient,diabetic, asmatic, and being 71 years I think this is very rude of them been with them for a couple of years and this is the way they treat their customer, I will not refer not do any more trips with them.is this customer satisfaction, they are a disgrace.

I initially book with cruise-only under the agreement that they will pay the first 500 deposit I paid the deposit back by September 16th however when I went to transfer my reservation to Royal Caribbean they tell me I still owe them 250 because of an agent error who sent the last 250 I paid to Royal Caribbean so I would have to owe them another 250 in order to get it transferred. And then they were going to take another 250 out of my account the very next day although it was not my fault I paid them. They had nothing to say but I understand. I ended up canceling my reservations and taking a $100 loss because it's there mistake. I do not recommend anyone deal with them I think they're running a scam. To make sure you stay with them

Anita Green was my booking agent . She sold us a beverage liquor package for $262.00 pp when it was all inclusive. She said our water bottles were free..not true we were taxed on them . She said that our final payment included everything...tips, insurance etc. however, at the end of the we were charged an $82.50 pp for “service charges” Anita said they would refund these charges but have not! She will not return calls or emails! Poor customer service! Anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit against Cruise Only, please contact me at: 352-300-9110!!!!

CruisesOnly called me this morning, in reference to, a cancellation fee of $100.00. It appears Pres. Trump will no longer allow USA Cruise ship to port in Cuba and would go to another port instead of Cuba. If I didn’t agree to those term I would be bill cancellation fee. Why am I being billed, it’s the President not allowing us into Cuba. CruisesOnly only already deducted the $100.00, I want my money back. I’m looking into Class Action Lawsuit, I’m writing Better Business Bureau and informing everyone on social media not to cruise with them again. I plan on putting each and everyone of their CEO’s on social media. I already called the news stations hopefully they will cover my story.

Stay away from CruisesOnly. I booked months ago using a credit card for the booking fee of $148.99.

I tried calling them to cancel the reservation for the cruise (6 months from now). No luck getting them on the phone. Waited forever and then gave up which is probably what they want. I could only pull up my reservation information and a link to make payments.

I suppose they'll contact me when the credit card I used for the booking fee won't work. That account is no longer active. I don't feel good about booking with CruisesOnly.

I had no problems with the trip I took through a face to face travel agent. I don't recommend this company.

My aunt went online to book our family cruise and was directed to this site. Well she didn't realize she was booking with this company and not directly with Royal Caribbean. It was less than 24 hours when she realized and they wouldn't give her a refund! They also wanted $250 to cancel. Don't book with them!!

Horrible horrible customer care, after waiting on the phone for one hour and 45 minutes to speak to a representative, we had to cancel our cruise 4 months in advance. The online cancellation policy information states : $100.00 per person and a $24.99 processing fee. she informed me our cruise was under (penalty) whatever that means and said they will be keeping all of our deposit $800.00 i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

we book a cruise for this december2018; base on online promtion of $ 1,000.00 credit on board; free pre-paid gratuity;50% discount on 2nd guest; for our surprise when I call cruiseonly; they say only $25.00 for both senior; nothing else; this is a rip; she says that all.be sad this will be my third cruise with them will never cruise again with them nor refer no one.the agent from cruiseonly said we has to book more $1,000.00 dollar; our cruise is 1,911.00 plus flight$306.00; plus shuttle 50.00; plus time and frustation for buying to this cruises only thats a rip. this type of promtion is false; full of lies.
