CruisesOnly - Rude customer service
We had dropped our passports and spent some time retracing our steps to find them. When we did, we were late in getting to our scheduled excursion provided by CruisesOnly. I called CruisesOnly and chatted with a woman who was disinterested in our plight, and rudely informed me that our $300 excursion was lost, could not reschedule, go to a later event or refund our $$. I had purchased trip insurance through ShoreExcursionsGroup/Toursales - and since we finally found our passports, they refused to honor the trip insurance. Two shady companies I would STAY FAR AWAY from.

CruisesOnly - Didn’t deliver onboard credit as promised
Took somewhat of a last minute cruise and didn’t receive onboard credit and once the cruise was over, so was the customer service. They have no problem blowing you off once they have your money

We book a cruise for dic 2028; the promotion says 1000 onboard credit: when you book ; online now they says it’s only 25,00 cause tax are not included our cruise exceeds 1000$ this a rip for a couple of senior ever will cruise with them and it’s my third cruise
