CruisesOnly - Horrible Customer Service!!

I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company agreed to a full refund without argument.
Original review posted by user Apr 03I booked a cruise with CruisesOnly and it was cancelled by the cruise line because of the Coronavirus. The cruise ship gave me back a full refund for the cruise, but CruisesOnly would not refund our travel insurance or their booking fee. I would understand not getting these things back if I cancelled, but not if the cruise was cancelled. I was told by Celebrity if I booked through them it would have ALL been refunded. The CruisesOnly representative told me that the they would be out money if they refunded everyone's cruise insurance. I guess they would rather I be out the money than them! Listen to the reviews and avoid this company!!
