I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company agreed to a full refund without argument.

I booked a cruise with CruisesOnly and it was cancelled by the cruise line because of the Coronavirus. The cruise ship gave me back a full refund for the cruise, but CruisesOnly would not refund our travel insurance or their booking fee. I would understand not getting these things back if I cancelled, but not if the cruise was cancelled. I was told by Celebrity if I booked through them it would have ALL been refunded. The CruisesOnly representative told me that the they would be out money if they refunded everyone's cruise insurance. I guess they would rather I be out the money than them! Listen to the reviews and avoid this company!!

User's recommendation: Avoid booking with CruisesOnly if you value your money.

Where are the three people we do make reservation 4 7 night with lady named Janet last name s u e y after two weeks I do send her email never respond following week I send another email you never get respond to me she do send me e-mail if I like to make reservation Resort hotel or car rental or Ever After Cruise and she never ever get to respond to my to email few questions about the cruise we going to have in July shame on her service sham on cruise only had the skinny people not helpful for customer

I booked and paid for a cruise on cruises only. I was told by norweigan i could book dining and bed configuration right now if I had booked through them, but since I booked through cruises only - cruises only had to do it. But they won’t help at all & instead say I should wait to get on the ship. Also no amazon gift card as promised and advertised

I talk to on your representatives which passed me into a supervisor the supervisor was going to talk to me the next day or within a little bit as she put it after she talks to carnival cruise and the problems we had on your cruise it's been a week and a 1/2 and still no call that tells me how much cruises only really cares about their customers I gave you guys a shot after we had our problems and this is how it's resolved I'm not very happy
